Your Consultation
A complimentary 20-minute video consultation on Google Meet. We confirm your details, answer your questions, and visit your home when it helps.
Reserve Your Date
After your consultation, we send a secure request for a $500 deposit, applied to your total. Your date is held for 48 hours. With your permission, we save your card securely, and the remaining balance is charged to it on installation day. Once you confirm, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Before We Arrive
You provide the trees, and we handle the rest. Simply bring the boxes out and tell us where each tree should stand. Have treasured ornaments or heirloom pieces? Set them out and we'll work them into the design.
Install Day
We arrive with everything: ornaments, ribbon, toppers, and florals. Each tree is unboxed, assembled, fluffed, and decorated top to bottom, then finished with a final walk-through. We take care of the mess, too.
Enjoy Your Trees
Once we leave, there's nothing left to do but enjoy your home.
January Take Down
We return to take it all down and take our decor with us, leaving your home tidy and ready for the new year.
We can also dress your garland and wreaths to match your trees.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to provide my own trees?
Yes. You provide the trees, and we bring everything else. Just have the boxes out, and we'll handle assembly, fluffing, and the full design. We specialize in artificial trees, which hold a fully designed look all season. If you have a fresh tree, reach out and we'll see what's possible.
Can you decorate more than one tree?
Yes. We can style several trees in one home, up to four per installation day. A larger home may need a second day, and we'll plan that together at your consultation.
Can you use my own ornaments?
We'd love to. Set your treasured ornaments out with your trees on installation day, and we'll work them into the design alongside our own collection.
What's included?
Design, our designer decor, tree assembly and fluffing, installation, and take down in January. The decor is ours, and we take it with us when the season ends. We can also dress your garland and wreaths to match.
Do I keep the decor?
No. This is a design service, and the decor is ours. We bring every piece, and when the season ends, we take everything down and take it with us. Your trees, garland, wreaths, and any ornaments of your own stay yours, and we pack them away for you.
Is there a charge for the consultation?
No. The consultation is complimentary, with no obligation to book.
Will you visit my home?
When it helps. For several trees or a larger space, we visit in person. Otherwise, a few photos and our video call are all we need.

Can I change my installation date?
Installation dates are final once your design is confirmed. We take a limited number of homes each season, and each date is reserved for one household. Need a different date? Let us know during your consultation.
What if my date is unavailable?
Email us, and we'll add you to our waitlist. When a date opens up, we contact waitlisted clients in the order they joined.
